SELF-DEFENSE/PERSONAL SAFETY CLASSES

Our Self-Defense and Personal Safety Classes can be arranged any time during the year as a group or on an individual basis. We have recently integrated our Self-Defense/Personal Safety with optimal performance training with the additional benefits of: weight loss, body shaping and toning, cardio training, lower cholesterol and blood pressure, flat abs, slim hips and thighs, increase upper body strength, more energy, look and feel better. Sessions will integrate: functional training, strength and core training with weights and kettlebells, yoga and pilates, flexibility and balance training, effective self-defense. Sessions: 45 minutes.
